If you will click on the button "Edit thumbs' quality settings", you will get pop-up window where you can change pre-set values of Brightness, Contrast, Sharpness and Quality ration which will be applied to the thumbs/icons. Upload your sample thumb through the form on the page, and then click the link "[ See sample ]" to control how your values will modify the sample image. IMPORTANT: PLEASE DO NOT upload large image for test! Handling of image takes many system resources, so this option is for small thumbs only.
